Ms. Harding is a Las Vegas native, graduated from William S. Boyd School of Law, and is admitted to the Nevada Bar and licensed to practice in the Nevada Federal District Court. Advocating for her clients rights and fighting to ensure those rights are protected has always been a passion of Ms. Harding's. Initially Ms. Harding focused her practice in personal injury and workman's compensation but found her true passion when she began working in family law. Assisting her clients reach a resolution to their family disputes has proven very rewarding. Ms. Harding is also very dedicated to serving her community. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Ms. Harding volunteered as a Mediator and protected hundreds of tenants from eviction while ensuring the homeowners received the necessary funds to pay their home mortgage. In addition, Ms. Harding has volunteered for the 'Ask a Lawyer' program, represented foster children in dependency actions, and accepted pro bono cases through Southern Nevada Legal Aid. Ms. Harding was also honored to be recognized by Southern Nevada Legal Aid for her commitment to pro bono projects in the Las Vegas Community.

During law school Ms. Harding was honored with the prestigious Capstone Award for her upper division writing requirement and was inducted into several honors societies during her undergraduate studies including Sigma Xi Honors Research Society, Beta Gamma Signa Business Honors Society, Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society, and Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. Ms. Harding was also very active in theatrical performances and received a scholarship during her undergraduate studies for her leading roles in various productions. 

Ms. Harding has represented hundreds of clients in family court cases including divorce, custody, child support, guardianship, termination of parental rights, and adoptions. In addition to litigating family matters, Ms. Harding has also represented hundreds of clients in personal injury and criminal matters. Ms. Harding's passion for law, her knowledge and experience, and her dedication to each of her clients serve as a pillar of strength and guidance when assisting her clients navigate a complex legal system and reach final resolutions in their legal matter.
